Where an order may ship from
An order may be fulfilled from regional inventory, a NeoGiga-supported warehouse or an approved supply partner. Orders with more than one source may arrive in separate consignments when that is the practical way to reduce delay.
Estimates and tracking

Duties, taxes and import clearance
Checkout or a quotation identifies charges collected by NeoGiga. Cross-border duties, brokerage or import taxes may remain payable by the recipient unless the written order terms say they are included. Customs authorities can also request local identification or supporting documents.
Restricted and sensitive products
Batteries, chemicals, magnets, radio equipment and other controlled products may have carrier, quantity, documentation or route restrictions. We may propose another shipping method or contact you before accepting the order.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is late, damaged or incomplete, contact support from the order record and keep the outer packaging. This gives the team the shipment, item and destination context needed to investigate quickly.
