Price, stock, lead time and delivery estimates may be corrected before acceptance; any payment taken for a declined order will be handled through the relevant payment process.
Regional sellers and fulfilment partners
The order page or documentation may identify a regional seller, distributor or fulfilment partner. Their role, together with applicable taxes, invoices, warranties and mandatory consumer rights, follows the order record and local requirements.
Intellectual property and content
NeoGiga and its licensors retain rights in the platform, design, software and original content. Manufacturer names, marks and product documentation belong to their respective owners. Limited use for evaluation and purchasing does not transfer ownership.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but interruptions and third-party delays can occur. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and responsibility is limited by the applicable transaction terms. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
